Now that the agreement between opposition leader Lulzim Basha and Prime Minister Edi Rama has been concluded, the opposition has officially left its “Tent of Freedom” on the Boulevard of the Martyrs in front of the Prime Ministry.
Yesterday night Basha brought his supporters from the tent to the PD headquarters, closing a continuous protest that lasted three months.
On Facebook, Prime Minister Edi Rama responded with irony to the end of the opposition protest, which forced him to use the back entrance of the Prime Ministry, and erect a protective scaffolding around Philippe Parreno’s “Marquee Tirana,” an illegally installed art work on the façade of his office.
TENT for rent, for events, weddings, and protests!
Used for three months, in good technical conditions
… full options, even with view from the Prime Ministry!!
