Five people infected with COVID-19 have died in the last 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 2,326. The victims’ age varies between 78 and 85.
There were 234 new cases today, while total cases have amounted to 128,752.
Those recovered in the last 24 hours are 634 people; 98,903 since the beginning of the pandemic.
There are currently 192 patients hospitalized with the virus, of which 16 in intensive care, and 3 intubated in aggravated condition.
27,523 cases remain active in the country: Tirana (19,673), Fier (2,361), Durrës (1,161), Gjirokaster (1,122), Shkodër (932), Korçë (726), Vlorë (572), Dibër (341), Kukës (315), Elbasan (215), Berat (56), Lezhë (49).
