The Court of Tirana has ordered the extradition to Germany of a 24-year-old Tajikistani national over allegations of being a member of ISIS.
Komron Zukhurov was arrested in April in Albania, after he entered the country illegally. Germany had issued an international arrest warrant for him.
The only condition for his extradition is for Zukhurov not be extradited to his home country, after his lawyer, Asllan Dogjani, showed that he had been mistreated and beaten by the dictatorial regime of Tajikistan.
