As a part of operation “Perimeter”, authorities in Korce apprehended a 23-year-old resident of Korce near Pogradec. He was found to be transporting five illegal immigrants who he had promised transport to an EU country in return for money.

A second individual, a 27-year-old from Tirana was arrested, also in Pogradec for transporting one immigrant who he had also promised transit to.
