Frost & Fire Consulting has added a new partner to its team, in a move that appears to aim at strengthening its American experience offered in Albania.
Mr. Reshard Këlliçi was promoted to partner on Monday, after several years of collaboration with the legal and business consultancy firm, the company announced.
He has worked as a lawyer in the USA at Hogan Lovells US LLP, one of the top 10 legal firms globally. His expertise includes structuring and negotiating complex transactions for joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions of global companies, project finance and development, venture capital, negotiations and dispute resolution in the United States of America, South America and Europe.
Headquartered in Tirana, Frost & Fire Consulting is the only legal and business consultancy firm in Albania that has partners and attorneys who can practice law both in the USA and Albania.
The American Chamber of Commerce in Albania comprises over 220 companies currently doing business between the two countries.
