The Independent Qualification Commission (KPK) has confirmed Gjirokastra Appeals judge Irena Brahimi for duty.
The decision was taken by the vetting body made up of Olsi Komici, Brunilda Bekteshi, and Lulzim Hamitaj.
During its administrative investigation, KPK found no issue with the judge’s wealth declarations, professionalism, or personal integrity.
Brahimi began her career within the judicial system in 2001, when she was appointed as judge in the Gjirokastra Court.
She has been serving as judge in the Gjirokastra Appeals Court since 2004.
