Ora News journalist Sonila Musaj has filed a stalking and sexual harassment suit against Tirana municipality employee Aurel Boriçi, who she accuses of violating her dignity and public image.
On February 11, Boriçi prevented Musaj from addressing Mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj by hugging her, thus infringing on her professional duties as a journalist.
Musaj labelled this behaviour as “unacceptable” and “sexist,” and wondered how Boriçi would have felt if something similar had happened to his wife.
The alleged harassment was caught on camera and can be viewed in the video below.
