In a declaration for RTSh, European Commission spokesperson Maja Kocijančič responded to the claim of Minister of Justice Petrit Vasili that the Management Board of the International Monitoring Operation (ONM) is unconstitutional.
As you know, the establishment of the Board of the ONM is something that details of which have been thoroughly discussed with the Albanian government.
Be that as it may, Kocijančič did not address the constitutionality of the Management Board, nor other reservations regarding the politicization of the ONM. Exit has sent Kocijančič a series of follow-up questions to clarify the position of the European Commission in this matter.
