Kosovo and Albanian Governments Hold Joint Meeting in Tirana

The governments of Kosovo and Albania will hold a joint meeting today in Tirana. A number of agreements are set to be signed between the two countries, also there will be an evaluation of implementation of those signed during previous years.

After the ceremony of signing the agreements, the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama and his counterpart from Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti will hold a joint press conference.

The governments of Kosovo and Albania started with the joint meeting in 2014, back then with Hashim Thaci as Kosovo prime minister and Edi Rama, the head of the Albanian government.

Both Thaci and Rama called it “historical”.

This tradition continued every year, while Avdullah Hoti is the fifth Kosovo prime minister to be part of the joint meeting after Hashim Thaci, Isa Mustafa, Ramush Haradinaj and Albin Kurti.
