The number of people infected with Covid-19 in Kosovo has reached 79, following eight new cases reported on Thursday, March 26.
89 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
A total of 855 suspected samples were tested for Coronavirus in Kosovo from February 8th to March 25th.
Authorities are checking on people who were in contact with those infected to make sure they are under quarantine at home.
Kosovo also recorded the first fatality on March 22, an 82-year-old man who died due to health complications from Coronavirus.
On Thursday, Kosovo reported the first patient recovered from coronavirus.
