The President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci will give a public address from his office today at 20:00.
He was due to give a speech on Sunday but it was cancelled.
This will be his first official statement following the 10 indictments filed by the Special Prosecutor for War Crimes, last week.
The charges result from his time as one of the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) which rebelled against Belgrade when Kosovo was a province of Serbia. During the Kosovo war, the country was able to succeed from Serbia, declaring its independence in 2008.
Most Albanians consider Thaci and the KLA as heroes. Thaci said the indictment is an attempt to rewrite history.
