The Court of Saranda has eased the measure of prison arrest for a suspect accused of sexually abusing a 17-year-old since she was nine.
The 72-year-old man was given prison arrest measures but it has now been downgraded to house arrest. He has denied all the charges against him.
In April this year, the minor reported him for sexually abusing her repeatedly and consistently since she was nine.
