Apart from the six technical ministers who have started their work recently and the changes in the KQZ, it seems that the other arrangements regarding institutional personnel that were part of the McAllister+ agreement have broken down.
From the five directorates that opposition leader Lulzim Basha and Prime Minister Edi Rama agreed would be run by Democrats until June 25, only one has so far received a new director proposed by the opposition.
Ibrahim Morina, former director of the Construction Police during the Berisha government, was nominated director of The Agency for Legalization, Urbanization, and Integration of Informal Zones and Buildings (ALUIZNI), a post previously held by Artan Lame.
However, Basha’s proposition for the directorates of prisons, cadasters, OShEE, and the Agency of Agricultural and Rural Development have been refused by the Prime Minister.
Among the names refused by Prime Minister Rama are Arjan hoxha as the director of the Directorate-General of Prisons and Haki Mustafa as director-general of the OShEE.
Arben Ibro has been mentioned as potential director of the Directorate-General of Cadasters.
