Police in Korce have apprehended two people transporting four illegal immigrants through the country.
In cooperation with the Border Police, Traffic Police, Special Forces, and the police in Pogradec, the two individuals, resident in Prizren, Kosovo, were arrested on the outskirts of Pogradec. They were in two vehicles and were each transporting two immigrants who they had promised passage to an EU country in return for money.
Exit sent a freedom of information request to the State Police regarding what happens to the immigrants that are caught, but they failed to respond at all, in violation of the law.
