The Prosecution of Tirana has yesterday appealed at the Court of Second Instance against the seven verdicts of the Court of First Instance which denied the confiscation of the materials of the High Inspectorate of the Declaration and Control of Wealth and Conflict of Interests (ILDKPKI) related to the investigation of the wealth declarations of high government official accused for conflict of interest.
Thus the conflict between Chief Inspector Shkëlqim Ganaj and General Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla continues.
