Kosovo has reported 173 coronavirus victims during July, making this the deadliest month since the beginning of the pandemic.
The number of COVID-19 victims more than tripled during this month. According to Kosovo’s Ministry of Health, before July, only 54 victims were reported in the country.
Currently, Kosovo has witnessed a total of 236 coronavirus victims and 8554 infected cases. 3588 infected cases remain active in the country. 599 people are currently hospitalized with the virus, putting significant strain on the country’s hospital capacities.
