President of Elbasan Court Resigns, Thus Avoiding Vetting

The President of the Court of Elbasan, Zihni Shahu, has resigned, thus avoiding the vetting process.

Shah has submitted his resignation to the High Judicial Council. The reasons for his resignation are still unknown.

Zihni Shahu remained in charge of the Elbasan court for about 10 months, replacing Sulejman Kurti. He has previously been a judge in the same court.
