Former PDIU deputy Aqif Rakipi, whose mandate was revoked a few weeks ago by the Central Election Commission (KQZ) owing to a violation of the decriminalization law, has filed a complaint over the KQZ’s decision at the Administrative Court.
It is expected that former LSI deputy Gledion Rehovica will do the same.
The KQZ revoked their mandates on January 5 at the request of the Prosecution Office, and nominated their replacements in Parliament ten days later.
Both deputies had hidden previous convictions in Italy for theft under a false name.
