According to an investigation of Reporter, the sole owner of Evita shpk, Majlinda Fetiu, has sold her company to Ertel Kërçeku, a relatively unknown doctor, and businessman Rasim Hamzaraj, main owner of a large pharmaceutical company, Megapharm shpk.
Together with the American Hospital, Evita shpk owns the company Dia Vita shpk, which is the company managing the hemodialysis tender of the Ministry of Health. Evita holds 85% of the shares in Dia Vita.
Fetiu sold Evita for 30 million lekë (~€221,546), whereas the tender it currently manages is worth about €63.5 million, or at 0.35% of its potential value.
