Rrexhep Rraja, the son of Socialist MP Rahman Rraja accused of violence against Xhisiela Maloku, was arrested today.
The Court’s decision was based on the physical examination of sexual assault victim, examination of the phone cells, and in the evidence given by both of them Xhisiela Maloku and Rexhep Rraja.
This information was disclosed by journalist Klodiana Lala for media outlet Balkanweb.
The crime was initially made public by Officer Emiljano Nuhu, who denounced the violence committed against Xhisiela Maloku, the police’s negligence and the threats of Taulant Balla and Mayor of Kruja Artur Bushi toward him.
