2 Victims in Another Building Collapse in Durres Raise to 9 the Number of Earthquake Casualties

A three story-building just collapsed in the city of Durres, with seven people inside, members of the same family. The bodies of two of them have been recovered, while there seems to be little hope of rescuing others.

The building was damaged heavily by the earthquake, but it was not completely ruined. Its residents were entrapped inside it, unable to walk out as the structure of the building was at risk of collapsing.

Unfortunately, the rescue teams were unable to enter the building or find a way to bring its residents out, and the building collapsed, as several TV channels were broadcasting live.

With the two confirmed victims of this case, the total number of the casualties of the earthquake reaches nine, and increasing.
