Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Marie Royce arrived in Albania on Wednesday.
She will meet with senior officials of the Albanian government during her 4-day visit, to discuss bilateral relations in the fields of education and culture, the Department of State announced on Wednesday.
Royce will also present the Face of Change award to senior journalist Lutfi Dervishi, the Albanian recipient of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), on its 80th anniversary.
