The UK will begin to recognize vaccination certificates issued by Albania starting October 11.
UK Ambassador to Albania Alastair King-Smith made the announcement on Twitter.

Starting Monday, travelers arriving in the UK with an Albanian vaccination certificate will require only a negative COVID-19 test and a completed passenger locator form. Travelers will also need to take another test within 48 hours of arrival.
This, however, applies only to those travelers vaccinated with a recognized vaccine—Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Janssen. Those vaccinated with other vaccines, such as Sinovac or Sputnik, will need to quarantine for 10 days.
Earlier this month, Albania’s vaccination certificate was also approved partially by the EU for those vaccines recognized by the European Medicines Agency.
