The Independent Qualification Commission (KPK) has dismissed Korca Appeals Prosecutor Rozeta Qirjaqi.
The vetting commission found that Prosecutor Qirjaqi was unable to justify the source of about €62 thousand, which she claimed were earnings of her husband from his work as an emigrant in Greece during 1991 to 1999.
Qirjaqi started her career in the justice system in the early ’90s as a prosecutor in Korca. She was then appointed at the appeals prosecutor’s office in 2008.
