The 16+1 Summit is a meeting of the heads of government of Central and Eastern European Countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Macedonia) and China.
The two prime ministers discussed, among other issues, future Chinese investments in Albania.
