Balkan Insight reports on the Albanian parties helping to secure a parliamentary majority for Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanović’s party. Among the concession made by Djukanović is the municipal status of Tuzi, populated mainly by ethnic Albanians, and restart of the saline plant in Ulcinj (Ulqin).
