607 people were fined on Saturday for not complying with mandatory mask-wearing.
The State Police announced that they were fined 3000 ALL (EUR 24) each. 11 of those caught without a mask refused to give their identification or said they didn’t have it with them. They were accompanied to the police station, fined, and then released.
Four business owners were fined for playing music after 8 pm or not respecting hygiene protocols. Each premise was fined 1 million ALL (EUR 8000).
