Administrative Appeals Judge Altina Nasufi Passes Vetting

The Independent Qualification Commission (KPK) confirmed Tirana Administrative Appeals judge Altina Nasufi.

The ruling was taken by the vetting body made up of Valbona Sanxhaktari, Lulzim Hamitaj, and Pamela Qirko.

The Commission found issues with the judge’s assets declaration, however it dismissed the National Security Agency’s (DSIK) negative report on her.

Altina Nasufi concluded her studies at the School of Magistrates in 2003 and was initially appointed as judge at the Dibra Court, where she served for a decade. In 2013, she was decreed by the President as a judge at the Tirana Administrative Appeals Court.
