On Monday, German Ambassador Jörn Rohde handed over a donation in personal protective equipment (PPE) to Kosovo’s Minister of Health Armend Zemaj.
The donation included 17.000 face masks, 3.700 liters of hand satizer, and 275.000 pairs of gloves.
Ambassador Rohde called on the government and everyone to do their part in overcoming the pandemic. He assured the Kosovo people of Germany’s support.
The EU and its Member States have contributed more than €171 million in assistance to Kosovo during the pandemic.
