Officer Who Killed Klodian Rasha Charged with Intentional Murder

The Tirana prosecution office has changed the charges brought against the police officer who killed Klodian Rasha.

Officer N.H. was initially charged with “homicide committed in excess of the necessary self-defense limits.” However, in a press conference, the prosecution said that, according to its investigation, these charges no longer apply.

Instead, N.H. is currently charged with “murder with intent.”

Meanwhile, the prosecution added that the firearm found in the vicinity of the crime scene remains unidentified.

On December 11, the Tirana Court ruled that the officer would await trial in jail.
