Kosovo’s acting Minister of Health Armend Zemaj has announced that the Kosovo government has obtained 1,220,000 COVID-19 vaccines.
In a Facebook post, Zemaj preempted the announcement by claiming that Kosovo was handling the pandemic successfully.

As of January 10, Kosovo has seen a total of 1,377 COVID-19 deaths and a total of 53,776 infected cases. 6,140 cases remain active in the country.
