For the first time in 8 months, Albania reported no COVID-19-related deaths on Wednesday. The death toll since the start of the pandemic remains 2,447.
On Thursday, the government is expected to relax restrictions.
There were 15 new cases today, while total cases amounted to 132,244.
Those recovered in the last 24 hours are 71 people; 128,978 since the beginning of the pandemic.
There are currently 43 patients hospitalized with the virus, of which 7 are in intensive care.
819 cases remain active in the country: Tirana (401), Korçë (95), Shkodër (86), Vlorë (49), Elbasan (39), Berat (41), Lezhë (31), Gjirokaster (31), Fier (20), Kukës (11), Durrës (11), Dibër (4).
