Former Minister Ylli Manjani continued yesterday with accusations about how the Rama government is functioning. Yesterday night, Prime Minister Edi Rama had given an interview at the TV program Ilva Tare live, in which he ridiculed Manjani:
I don’t take men in suits seriously who talk not only after but also during dinner. […] There didn’t happen any tragedy. An inappropriate minister has been dismissed and a new minister has been installed.
In a Facebook post, Manjani responded:
The Prime Minister confirmed tonight that he doesn’t see the government as a constitutional and legal institution, but as a troupe that dances when he says so.
The Prime Minister’s troupe would do well to follow the law and to behave like a government rather than how it’s going at the Prosecution!
I still wish the coalition “a speedy recovery.”
Manjani had been dismissed this week from his function as Minister of Justice. He had declared his dismissal was a clear revenge for his position on the cultivation of cannabis throughout the country.
