Today, thousands of the people filled up the boulevard in front of the Prime Ministry to protest against the Rama Government.
Opposition leader Lulzim Basha announced that the protest will remain on the boulevard in front of the Prime Ministry until the instalment of a technical government which will lead to country into the elections.
The leader of the PD stated that the current government cannot guarantee free and fair elections, and added that the Albanian citizens will have to protest for a safer country without crime and without corruption.
The opposition has erected a large tent in front of the Prime Ministry. In a response, Minister of Interior Affair Saimir Tahiri has stated that the protesters can “stay as long as they want.”
