The Police of Tirana has started criminal procedures against PD leader Lulzim Basha and 12 other PD deputies on account of the opposition protest of yesterday.
Basha, together with deputies Ristani, Bylykbashi, Bogdani, Noka, Halimi, Strazimiri, Dogjani, Cara, Islami, Kruja, Paloka and Pollo are accused of an illegal rally and obstructing the circulation of traffic on five national axes.
The police has provided the prosecution with video materials of several of the protesters.
The opposition protest yesterday took place at five crucial intersections in the country from 11:00 to 12:00 and was generally peaceful.
