On their third week of protests, students have gathered in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, which is encircled by a heavy police presence, including special police forces.
The students are still pushing the Prime Minister to comply with their 8 demands and stop insisting on unnecessary negotiations.
Before getting together in the main boulevard of the capital where the PM’s Office stands, students locked the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Law in order to prevent lectures taking place.
More than 200 students from the University of Korça have joined the protests this morning.
