(Updated March 15) — Albania, 42 infected with Coronavirus, 3 in critical condition

Six people were diagnosed with COVIDS-19 during the last 24 hours in Albania, including two doctors at Tirana’s main public lung diseases hospital.

The total number of infected in Albania now stands at 44.

19 people are hospitalized, three under intensive care—all three with other underlying medical conditions—while the rest in a stable condition.

The map of infections now is as follows:

— Tirana – 26 cases;

— Durrës – 5 cases (one of whom passed away as a result of the virus);

— Fier – 5 cases;

— Lushnja – 2 cases;

—Elbasan – 2 cases;

— Rrogozhina – 2 cases.
