The Albanian government published today the list of all the businesses that will be allowed to operate after April 20.
These include “low risk” businesses that involve little close contact between staff and clients. All businesses will receive a weekly permit from e-Albania that they must apply for, and will be allowed to operate from 5:00 to 17:30.
These businesses include:
- Wholesale trade of meat, drinks, dairy products, coffee, cereal, clothing, shoes, electrical appliances, flowers, pets, tobacco, etc;
- Call centers;
- Food processing factories;
- Shoes, clothing, and furniture manufacturers;
- Meat processing;
- Agriculture and husbandry;
- Car sales and repairs;
- Freight transport;
- Hotels, motels, and guest houses;
- Oil, chrome, and natural gas extraction;
Bars, restaurants, shopping centers, pools, gyms, spas, and hairdressers will remain closed.
