An 85-year old coronavirus infected patient passed away on the evening of June 5, bringing the total number of COVID-19 victims in Albania to 34.
The victim suffered from hypertension and chronic heart disease.
She passed away as a result of heart and lung deterioration, despite the medical staff’s attempts and the intensive care she was receiving.
