A&E Engineering has won the tender for the design and study of the new building of the National Theater.
The winner was announced on October 5 by the Procurement Agency. This tender, worth about EUR 500,000 was held by the Municipality of Tirana during July.
The merger of Geo Consult and Archispace appealed the tender result, but the Public Procurement Commission did not accept their complaint by way of a technicality. They had opposed the evaluation with points of their technical bid in the tender.
They also demanded that the evaluation minutes of the technical bids of all the companies that participated in the tender be made available – this information is not yet known to the public.
