6 new cases of COVID-19 have been found in Albania during the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 1143.
The new cases were found in Tirana (4), Durrës (1) and Mat (1).
5 infected patients recovered in the last 24 hours, 877 in total.
Over 16,000 molecular and serological tests have been conducted since the beginning of March.
There are currently 28 patients hospitalized with the virus, five are in intensive care and one is intubated.
233 cases are still active in the country, mainly in Tirana, Durres, Kruja.
