Albania has reported 9 new cases of Coronavirus today, bringing the total to 548.
The number of those recovered has reached 302, with 19 people having recovered in the last 24 hours.
The new cases were found in Tirana, Kurbin, Kukës, and Fier.
During the previous day, 231 suspected cases were tested, 5311 in total.
There are 43 inpatients at the two hospitals that are treating COVID-19 patients in the country; 11 are in intensive care, 3 of them are intubated.
The geographical distribution of cases as of April 18 is as follows: Tirana (246), Durrës (42), Lushnja (6), Elbasan (16), Fier (36), Kavaja (9), Rrogozhina (4), Korçë (19), Vlora (5), Shkodra (94), Lezha (14), Berat (2), Has (13), Kruja (11), Tropoja (4), Puka (5), Mirdita (3), Kukës (11), Mallakastra (1), Kurbin (7).
