Six people infected with COVID-19 have died in Albania in the last 24 hours bringing the total number of victims to 296.
122 new cases have been found, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 9728, the Ministry of Health reported.
About half of the new cases were found in Tirana (66).
141 people have recovered, bringing the total to 5582.
Over 60,000 people have been tested since March, including serological (antibody) tests.
There are currently 182 patients hospitalized with the virus, 22 are in intensive care, 8 are intubated in aggravated condition.
3875 cases are still active in the country,
