Five people infected with COVID-19 have died in Albania in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of victims to 243.
156 new cases have been found, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 8123, the Ministry of Health reported.
There are currently 141 patients hospitalized with the virus, 20 are in intensive care, 7 are intubated in aggravated condition.
3743 cases are still active in the country,
