Eleven people – aged 55, 56, 62, 64, 64, 65, 66, 70, 71, 77, 82 – infected with COVID-19 have died in Albania in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of victims to 623.
597 new cases have been found, a record high since the beginning of the pandemic, bringing the total number of cases to 27, 830.
122 people have recovered, bringing the total to 12,889.
There are currently 393 patients hospitalized with the virus, 16 are in intensive care, 5 are intubated in aggravated condition.

14,318 cases are still active in the country: Tiranë (6891), Durrës (1218), Fier (1076), Korçë (892), Shkodër (852), Elbasan (771), Vlorë (641), Lezhë (638), Berat (438), Gjirokastër (416), Kukës (339), Dibër (146).
