Three people, – aged 57, 74 and 83 – infected with COVID-19 have died in Albania in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of victims to 343.
The distribution of deaths is as follows: Tiranë (165), Durrës (45), Shkodër (39), Elbasan (21), Fier (18), Korçë (15), Lezhë (13), Kukës (8), Dibër (7), Vlorë (6), Gjirokastër (4), Berat (2).
144 new cases have been found, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 11,816.
The distribution of new cases is as follows: Tirana (55), Fier (15), Elbasan (10), Vlorë (9), Durrës (7), Kurbi (7), Divjakë (7), Gramsh (7), Korçë (6), Lushnjë (5), Shkodër (3), Pogradec (3), Delvinë (3), Krujë (2), Përmet (2), and one case in Kavajë, Berat and Gjirokastër.
65 people have recovered, bringing the total to 6,733.
There are currently 174 patients hospitalized with the virus, 16 are in intensive care, 6 are intubated in aggravated condition.
4740 cases are still active in the country: Tiranë (2372), Durrës (526), Shkodër (365), Lezhë (274), Elbasan (262), Korçë (214), Fier (212), Vlorë (181), Kukës (140), Berat (93), Dibra (51), Gjirokastër (50).
