Fourteen people infected with COVID-19 have died in the last 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 2,106. The victims’ age varies between 57 and 84.
There were 590 new cases today, while total cases have amounted to 120 thousand.
Those recovered in the last 24 hours are 710 people; 83,264 since the beginning of the pandemic.
The number of vaccine doses administered so far is 36,323 of which 2,954 doses today.
There are currently 406 patients hospitalized with the virus, of which 31 in intensive care, and 14 intubated in aggravated condition.
34,158 cases remain active in the country: Tirana (23,125), Fier (2,559), Durrës (1,581), Vlorë (1,494), Shkodër (1,275), Gjirokaster (1,225), Korçë (853), Lezhë (692), Elbasan (468), Berat (234), Dibër (339), and Kukës (313).
