Albania COVID-19 Update 19 November: 11 Dead, 786 Infections, 349 Recoveries

Eleven people – aged 51, 62, 62, 64, 65, 69, 71, 74, 75, 81, 81– infected with COVID-19 have died in Albania in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of victims to 657.

786 new cases have been found, a record high since the beginning of the pandemic, bringing the total number of cases to 30,623.

349 people have recovered, 14,565 since the beginning of the pandemic.

There are currently 424 patients hospitalized with the virus, 11 are in intensive care, 4 are intubated in aggravated condition.

The distribution of new cases is as follows: Tiranë (379), Gjirokastër (71), Shkodër (35), Fier (31), Krujë (28), Kavajë (25), Elbasan (24), Vlorë (23), Berat (23), Sarandë (23), Tepelenë (20), Lushnje (18), Durrës (14), Bulqizë (10), Pukë (8), Kurbin (7), Lezhë (7), Mat (7), Pogradec (7), Përmet (6), Delvinë (4), Korçë (3), Devoll (3), Kukës (3), Mirditë (3), Malësi e Madhe (2), Gramsh (2).
