Two people, – aged 75 and 85 – infected with COVID-19 have died in Albania in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of victims to 364.
The distribution of deaths is as follows: Tiranë (174), Durrës (46), Shkodër (40), Elbasan (23), Fier (18), Korçë (17), Lezhë (15), Kukës (10), Dibër (8), Vlorë (7), Gjirokastër (4), Berat (2).
150 new cases have been found, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 12,535.
The distribution of new cases is as follows: Tirana (66), Elbasan (9), Fier (8), Shkodër (6), Durrës (6), Kavajë (6), Vlorë (6), Korçë (5), Kukës (5), Gjirokastër (5), Lezhë (3), Mirëditë (3), Bulqizë (3), two cases in Lushnjë, Mallakastër, Pogradec, Divjakë, Malësi e Madhe, Peqin, Kolonjë, and one case in Rrogozhinë, Berat, Librazhd, Sarandë, Gramsh.
55 people have recovered, bringing the total to 6,995.
There are currently 189 patients hospitalized with the virus, 16 are in intensive care, 5 are intubated in aggravated condition.
5,176 cases are still active in the country: Tiranë (2550), Durrës (564), Shkodër (376), Lezhë (300), Elbasan (299), Korçë (245), Fier (236), Vlorë (191), Kukës (146), Berat (117), Dibër (76), Gjirokastër (76).
