Nine people infected with COVID-19 have died in the last 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 2,274. The victims’ age varies between 55 and 83.
There were 264 new cases today, while total cases have amounted to 126,795.
Those recovered in the last 24 hours are 589 people; 94,431 since the beginning of the pandemic.
There are currently 255 patients hospitalized with the virus, of which 11 in intensive care, and 5 intubated in aggravated condition.
30,090 cases remain active in the country: Tirana (21,182), Fier (2,582), Durrës (1,262), Gjirokaster (1,245), Shkodër (1,085), Vlorë (789), Korçë (775), Kukës (351), Dibër (336), Elbasan (277), Lezhë (152), Berat (53).
